    thanks. I'm pretty sure it would be ok. I guess I should find out if the leak is due to pressure or just movement of the cylinder. If it's only pressure then it will be ok at least I would think. It's not like I can further damage the cylinder because the whole part needs to be replaced unfortunately it's not just a gasket deal.
