Well, just two fixed octagon porthole windows that have started to condensate and glaze, and I want to replace them. I was just curious if I need to remove the inside trim molding at all, or can I just remove the outside trim molding, then the windows from the outside and then put new windows back in and re-trim the outside? The wall on the outside is vinyl siding. We recently painted the inside. The trim molding on the inside is natural oak with a lacquer finish. Of course all the joints are tight and I would prefer to leave it alone. Or do those replacement windows come with the inside trim molding as part of the window? I don't mind spending some money here but would like to save on the removal and installation.

Yea, I gotta give people that live in areas like Florida, the Midwest, and California a lot of credit. Too much natural disaster for me.

You can get a natural disaster anywhere. In Central Texas, we're getting the worst of all of them and yet no one is talking about it on the news.

It’s possible, but the windows have to be exactly the same. It will also depend on how the trim is attached to the window. If the trim is glued/nailed to the window it will be difficult, hopefully it’s attached to a separate return. A picture would help.
