Whole bunch of stuff in my garage
I'll be there. My dad's in town and he wants to see what this off roading stuff is all about...didn't think I was going to get to go today.

    Strange needs, eh?

There's a part of me that wants to check out the open house, there's a bigger part of me that hates crowds. Have fun for those that are going.

@danneskjold have you gotten to use your heater yet? How well does it heat up the cab?

I've been using the Propex a bunch. I used it Montana a bunch, and now Nevada.

Doesn't smell like a Mr Buddy, seems very fuel efficient, and heats up the camper pretty well.

    I definitely recommend it.

Good to know. Thinking of installing one in our little camper. Took it out and discovered it really stays close to ambient air temp in the cool weather. Which isn't to bad now but when its below freezing could be rather annoying

Trying to insulate it better would be my first step, then heater next.

Theres no insulating it better since its already built (our teardrop trailer). We don't mind it in weather in the 40s-50s but plan to take it in the snow, freezing temps so thinking then it might be nice to have it warmer. Since space is limited inside don't really want to do the Mr. heater thing.

Gotcha, as long as you are okay with drilling holes through your floor honestly the hardest part of the install is getting the propane hoses made.

Ive got all the stuff to make hardlines for propane so not to worried on that side of things. Just have to figure out where to place the unit (be the external model) and where exactly to run all the ducting too. Especially since I don't know where all the wiring and stuff is run

You know the external mounted one requires 3" holes right?

The internal version is still 2.5" (or 3"?) ducting too I thought?

Internal one MIGHT work but would have to go in a specific spot. Which would be in the rear kitchen under the sink and would have to mount on its side. With the length of the actual unit I'm not totally sure it would fit there either. Plus with the bottom mount 1" lines it would make routing those...interesting. I'm not 100% sure if there is a false wall or not between the bottom section of the kitchen and the bed area

What brand & model trailer? I can look through the pictures I've collected of various manufacturers and see if I have any for your trailer

Just giving you a hard time. Ill have probably seen the score before I could watch the game anyways. The NCAA thread is just SEC guys anyways so not much fun. mention a non SEC team and their eliteism comes out strong lol.

nucamp T@G. Im pretty sure its got a false wall between the kitchen and sleeping area the more i think of it. Due to electrical wiring and also the A/C venting run inbetween there

Great meeting you too Wyatt. Was cool seeing all of the unique rigs at Mule's shop. Also picked up some gear for my truck, so that was icing on the cake.
