Most definitely. By 5k miles mine sounded like full on MTs.

 

By DOI regs can’t replace a full frame in TX. If sectioning was allowed you can replace a section but a full frame on a truck/suv = Total loss.

I haven't read all of the posts after this but saw a couple asking for the parts. How about having a batch of them made up and selling them here. I'd buy one.

Had the exhaust reroute done for future skids. Had them chop some off the end while they were under there.

 

Got my car polished and some scratches scuffs corrected

 

Got the CMC done last night by a NASA welder. I just gave him the BAMF instructions from this page and told him to make it look like that. If anyone needs CMC, other welding, heat treating, or cutting around northern Alabama, let me know and I'll put you in contact.

Then today I installed JBA UCAs which took me all day because of those evil bolts and sheet metal, especially the passenger side. Oh and trying to get the evil second skinny washer in. I finally got it by using a crowbar with a thick rubber washer duct-taped on the end.

After putting on the Black Rhino wheels, I see I need to cut a bit more plastic in the back and I'm only like 3/8" away from the CMC so not sure if I'll hit when compressing the front while turning. I'll test it tomorrow after getting my alignment with high caster done.

Oh and this morning I got TSB-0062-18 and am very happy with it!
