    A few minor things...
What kit did you get to delete the door handles?

    Looks nice with no handles...

Thorough clean after sliding into a mud hole and getting high centered thinking 4lo/locker/atrac would get me out swimmingly. Pondered my decision making skills that day.

I'm 6'1" and hate them. They came with the truck; I didn't order them.

I tend to bang my shin against them at least once a week. Clumsy on my part, but I'll have to live with it. My wife is 5"5', and she doesn't really use them either, but her friends and Mom use them.

I have a 2018 TRD Sport with M/T. Anyone know if there are any current TSBs out there on the M/T. Dealer tells me there no. I seem to get a little surge every now and then at the top end of 2nd gear before shifting to 3rd. Not a big deal. Could just be my imagination too. It's a pretty good one. Anyone out there have a definitive answer? Thanks and have a great Taco day.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Only problem (if you want to call it that) I've noticed with my 2017 TRD Sport MT is that the idle speed varies. I'll be sitting at a stop light idling at 600rpm, then it will jump up to 800rpm for 30 seconds or so, then back down to 600rpm. I'll ask about it at the next scheduled service, but it's not a big deal.

Thanks for the heads up on that one. Haven't experienced it yet, but I'll keep an eye on it when I'm idling.

Do you have AC on or are you in defrost mode on the climate control? My idle speed changes when the AC compressor kicks on and off, with the higher speed happening while the compressor is running.

Also, when the engine is still cold, if you come to a stop but keep your foot on the clutch, the speed will jump up quite a bit. If you shift to neutral and release the clutch, the speed will drop again. Once fully warm you won't notice a difference.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
 :anonymous: I just noticed this morning that I've been running for past week or two in heater/defrost mode. I thought I just had the heater on. Didn't think to put the two things together.

    Good catch. Thanks!

(In my defense, my last truck made a nice "thunk" whenever the clutch for the condenser engaged. Made for a good reminder that the defroster was on.)

Got my 315s on today. Looks awesome imo. Had to some work to get em to fit but really wasn't that bad as everyone makes it out to be.
