Changed my plugs and put in a k&n filter

 

Out with the old, in with the new.

 

Officially the proud owner of 285 falken wildpeak at3w's I haven't got to really test them out yet but the on road performance so far compared to the mastercraft I had is already better I haven't been able to say how well they do in rain snow Etc but I love the way these look and they really make the truck look even sexier lol


I didn't have to trim very much plastic only just a little bit I am kind of close to the cab mount and my plates from bamf are on the way just in case so far I have not hit the cab mount but I am going to put the truck at a few angles and see if I can get it to hit it and if it does we chop away!

Thanks to @EKTaco and the below thread, I finished installing some puddle lights under the truck that come on only with the dome light when unlocking the doors and fade off after a few seconds.

I decided to use the below off road lights which I’m very pleased with, waterproof, bright, and housed in aluminum. There was plenty of shielded cable, so you don’t need extend it from the passenger side.

Also made my own mounts and used the pre-existing holes where the factory running boards attached. Below are the pictures of the outcome. Pretty happy with it. Definitely adds a little luxury and convenience to the truck.

Looks awesome. What headlights are those again?

 

Put in a TRD Pro grill to match the TRD headlights i put in last week. Also changed the chrome door handles, mirror covers, and grill surround to color matched

Freedom Offroad UCA’s I see. How you liking them? Would you recommend? Honestly been looking at them.

 

Ordered a 130A alternator.
Drove to the sandblaster to drop something off and when I restarted my truck I heard a whine. Did a PS check by turning max to max with no sound change. Turned my lights on and my dash cam flickered off and on. Got home and used a piece of conduit to noise check. Idlers,wp,ac,ps were all smooth. As soon as it touched the alt, I could feel the vibration. When I put my ear to the conduit, I was able to narrow it down to the front of the alt.
So, 600 miles short of 150K and I am upgrading to the 130A alt.

 

Been eyeing that switch panel for a while, how do you like it?

They're the ones off of tacomabeast.com I love them so far haven't had any issues other than I had to adjust them slightly

 

For the price you cannot beat them I have 5100 with HS coils and a HS progressive AAL and after I put that on I never could get a good alignment with the stock ones and my tires were starting to wear on the outside so I ordered them got a near perfect alignment and immediately felt a difference when driving the steering felt much tighter and it didn't wander any more once you got up to speed! Would 10/10 recommended them if you're on a budget

 

Took our 2yr old camping for his first time. Lo Lo Mai campgrounds along Oak Creek just outside of Sedona. Peep our very humble but effective camp setup.
