    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    You'll have no warranty from Toyota on the replaced parts, as they are not Toyota's.

    Everything else is fine. Unless a cranky dealer can prove your lift created an ancillary issue with another part, then they won't warranty that part.

    If it's a pretty boy lift, just wait till your warranty is done if you want that warranty confidence. Many folks do, because they use warranty to rationalize a new purchase.

    If it's a functional lift for actual off roading (not just big tires) and you know it's required for your purposes, roll the dice. Or buy an older truck.

    Yup want to change the seats....cant believe they don’t have power seats yet...do the skid plate addition, new air intake (doesnt sound like a truck anymore)...
