Trim level? Black with orange

I'm looking at a 2016 Taco.
It's blk with orange highlights on the dash,door
sills and tailgate letters.
Also has leather seats.
Any ideas? Thanks

Those look like Clazzio seat covers

 

Yeah, those are Clazzio seat covers. And that orange just looks so out of place. But OP if you like it, get it.

 

I thought i read somewhere that some 3rd gen. had leather seats? Your saying they are after market.

 

Some models do. Not that one apparently. Look at the stitching and wrinkles, factory leather doesn’t do that. Those are aftermarket Clazzio’s or something similar. Expensive covers that will last you the lifetime you own it.

 

The Inferno trim color has nothing to do with trim level. My Sport has that color of trim.

 

I'm guessing Clazzios too but the knobs on the head unit suggest TRD S or OR

 

TRD trims were the only ones that came with black seats and orange dash trim, however, in 2016 Leather seats were not part of the options. Only the Limited had leather in 2016 and it was brown. So, that mean the seats are aftermarket covers.

 

Got any other pics? Does it have color matched over fenders?

 

Ok, I get the seat covers. But what determines the Inferno color on a Blk. truck. Also the tailgate and sill plates.

The orange trim is part of the black interior. You could get either black or gray interior on any color truck. Black, white, and Inferno were most common to get that, but I did see a MGM truck with black/orange interior.
Door sill protectors were part of a floor mat package. The tailgate letter could have been done by the dealer or previous owner.

 

You can easily change the hideous radio bezel thing. The combination came in specific trucks and isn’t like that across the board. Leather wasn’t available until a year or two ago other than in the limited. Either way, if you like it then buy it.

Oh. Yeah that’s understandable then.

 

Also, no power rear slider (no switch below the cubby) so it leads me to believe this is definitely the SR5 Trim and not a TRD (definitely not a Sport with the chrome bumper caps)
