    Hi all,

    Yes, it's another FNG.

Having just gotten my 2018 TRD OR (Inferno) (wow, i just realized that it sounds very close to TROGDOR, of Bunination fame. If you don't know what that is, you're missing out.), It was time to try out TRD's new Summit bumper/bar.
ARB has finally gotten away from the horrible, cheap-looking powder coating they've used in the past and gone to a more matte-finished coating that now perfectly matches the OEM fender arches (eyebrows, for the Brits in the room).
The new larger diameter tubes are a big plus, IMO.

This truck is going to be kitted out as my Search and Rescue rig. A Norweld tray and Ute box is en-route from Australia, which will replace the bed, as shown in the second pic. (not mine, but MainLine's truck, the importer for Norweld.)

Since a thread is typically worthless without pics:

Do those lights impact the TSS sensor?

    Amazingly, no.

I was actually more concerned that the hatch for mounting the winch would, as it's right along the bottom of the garnish plate for the radar, but after hooking it up again (don't ask), it functions normally and didn't require recalibration.

a win, all around, if you ask me.

Beautiful truck! I’d like to put an ARB summit on my 2018 OR as well. Did you sacrifice all of the Toyota sense features since the sensor is being blocked?

Do you happen to have a pic of it from the side for the truck so I can see the spacing between the grill and the bumper?

Thanks man....The sensors aren't blocked, even though it looks like it. Everything works as it should with the Pro grille, and of course the stock OR grille with the sensor behind the Bug.

    The Ultimate Neco-Thread.

Trogdor, The Burninator, now AKA SARTaco is complete.
The Norweld box is on, suspension done and all the other bits are sorted.
She has been on a bunch of SAR missions already this year and has been exactly what I wished this truck to be. (and it's featured in the current issue of Toyota 4WD Owner. Thanks Ben!)

So, here's how we got there.
