Anyone had any issues with this guy?

Initial customer service was good. Quick replies. He stated that he had two hubs ready to ship. I paid on paypal and quickly got two confirmation emails and was notified that I would get a tracking number when the hubs had shipped.

It is now 11 days later and no tracking number.

He dodges emails, messages, calls. Has told me he will ‘resend’ the tracking info repeatedly. No emails.

I’m stuck in a rental until I get the hubs to fix my truck and am thinking of driving the 5 hours to jersey to pick them up face to face.

This has been covered another guy started making them and selling them also. You can also go the cheaper route and get the dorman ones and just roll and replace them with the good stuff once they arrive.

Available in 3 of the 5 NAPA locations around my Richmond VA location.

    $200 or $180 with Military.

I know it’s more expensive, but for those needing their vehicle up and running, it’s just one more option.

That might be true but you should go with the new guy on here as the NAPA I'm sure are nowhere near the quality of the ones he makes.

I would love too. But I’m a single father and Marine. I need my truck on the road today to stop paying this rental. And this is my only free day to knock out the work.

I would much rather support a member and get better quality. But life takes priority at this point.

Sounds like I should have done a little more research. Once I smelled a problem, it didn’t take much digging to find that this is a consistent issue. This is my fault, not yours.

But I putting in my claim to PayPal.

    Finally got ahold of him.

After finding his business and personal Facebook.

Finding his full name, addy and phone numbers via public records.

And a message to the website using his name and a threat of reporting to the Better Buisness Bureau....he quickly texted me.

Told me that the tracking number would be emailed shortly. I told him I would return the hubs to sender if they arrived and was filing a dispute with PayPal. He immediately offered to issue a refund, which I received in about 5 min.

    NAPA hubs installed already.

I bought 2 of these off of him. Only installed the passenger side as of now because that was the one that was bad, figured i would get 2 because the drivers will go at some point. Have about 5k miles on it right now and not a single issue. Very fast shipping also. I think it came in like 3 days and it was even from Hawaii if i remember correctly.
