    DECKED here from Ketchum, ID

We are new to the community and are very excited to be part of the group. After over 20 years of battling, band-aiding and otherwise fussing with homemade wooden drawer systems made of plywood, dimension lumber and half the hardware department from True Value, we came to the conclusion that there had to be a better way. Drawers are awesome, especially in the back of your truck, so we couldn't believe there wasn't an affordable and compelling solution on the market. So what started out on a napkin in a local diner, evolved into a rabid pursuit to create a product that would make the lives of working men and women better. In 2013, after nearly three years of research, design, and engineering work, DECKED was born. We are passionate about what we do, and we love our customers, so we thought we would share a little something about ourselves.

We’ll be posting more product details in a new thread shortly. Looking forward to being part of the community helping owners organize their trucks, and hearing what DECKED customers are using their systems for.

I wish there was a tiny version for my 4Runner. Would be perfect for my girls trip in a couple month.

Installed the system after work last night.

Highly impressed with the quality of manufacturing, clarity of printed instructions, and the components. Having a list of the tools needed is something that isn't always included, but it makes prep go much easier. The modularity of the system is genius, and I really appreciate being able to buy only what I want, and potentially extras of things that I need (boxes, cargo locks).

We've seen a few trucks running those Bed Stiffeners with our system. They will not get in the way of the drawer opening and closing

Here is a short bed customer (@TSki )

I don't recall and modifications being done to get them to work together

Is there a difference in the design for different years for the decked system? Will a decked system in a 3rd gen short bed fit into a 2nd gen short bed?
