Sum it up I told them to fuck off for the last 4 months until they started fixing shit and make the grass green again. In return they decided to serve me today saying I owe them over twice the amount now. The past due amount plus late charges and paper work fees and a court fee. What a bunch of Bull shit. The people don't even live in our neighbor hood. its a seperate company that "Looks over/manages" it. They make almost $25k a month alone in my neighbor hood. Fucking rat bastards.

 

So needless to say tomorrow I will be giving them a lot of money which blows. I researched for 4 hours to see if it was worth taking to court but they have all of the laws on their side and since I live in a Condo so owen the "building" my townhouse is in. With condos you own the inside but they own the structure and land its on. So next time I get another home it will be a actual house and not a town house or condo.

Damn that sucks Alex, HOAs are the fucking legalized mafia man. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to do just what you did but there is no way to legally win. Even though I own a house (non condo) they can take it over for failure to pay or comply. Its fucking bullshit.

Anyone know where to get a good fire extinguisher rated for auto and will withstand direct az sun in the summer? I want to mount one in the bed but the ones I have can't exceed 120F....
