I just got to the Waffle House in Inwood. So I'll probably be there around the same time.

 

One of the stickiest waffle houses on the east coast

 

Us fokes around these here parts call that there establishment Waffel Hut.

Still good though. Wish I had one closer to my house. I've been told I'm strange for liking Waffle House when I'm sober.

Also, sales tax is high. Lowest I knew of around the DFW when I was in high school was 6.75 or 7.25 and went up from there. I'm sure it's even higher now.

I like Waffle House sober, but I haven't been to one in years. I waited tables at the Waffle House during the summer when I was in college.

 

So what did you do with your TRD exhaust? That’s what I’ve been looking for. I don’t hear so well anymore and I can’t hear the engine to shift gears

I needed to cut out some of the reinforcement ribs of the transmission skid for it to bolt back up without hitting the y-pipe.

Hadn't even thought about the possible excess heat undrr the trans pan. I'll have to keep an eye on that.

 

@Roostfactor makes an equal length y-pipe. It looks pretty badass, and from all reports performs great too. It has its own dedicated thread in the Performance & Tuning section. From what I understand, it requires a custom exhaust from the y-pipe back or at the least a section to adapt it to the factory cat back.

Some exhaust wrap on the pipe and/or heat reflective tape on the pan, and it should be fine.

 

I can’t see my neighbors from my house. So I can use my AR-10 for room clearing.

 

Pffttttt I use a Barrett M107 50BMG to clear rooms. Get on my level.

 

Gotta look at total tax burden, not cherry pick one particular form of tax.

 

Shit property prices in VA destroy any overall tax burden.

 

Assume you mean NoVa since property in Southern Virginia is cheap. Higher salary offsets it also. Earn the money up here and pump up your 401K. Sell your house and move south to a lower COLA area in retirement.
