That’s what I’m thinking. Weird they’re not more popular. Maybe cuz they don’t look cool strapped to the side of a vehicle.

Try to save up, easier said than done. Hopefully you can get one soon. I’ve been basically surviving on cornflake sandwich’s :sandwich: since I joined TW Back In 2015 Lol!

This is my first Truxedo Product and it seems solid. Time will tell with the Brutal Sun Here. My last cover was a Larado Access Low Pro on my ‘14 and it did well.

Will do. I’d rather be driving over mud & rocks than plastic & aluminum cans. Amazes me that people care that little about the way our world looks that they are so quick to throw trash on the ground.

Just did this.. took about 15 minutes, Scraped the hole bigger with my handy knife and split the original plug with some side cutters and everything went together like a charm.. basically plug and play Thanks for the idea wanted more charging capabilities and this did the trick :)

Its a 48" Opt7 Redline single LED strip. Taps into the towing wiring harness. Gives you lights on, turn signals, brake light and reverse (white). Installed a few months ago.. really like the look, not too much, yet gives folks on my long commute extra notice to what I am doing..

Houston born and raised. Moved to Georgia about two years ago because of job relocation. I missed having a truck and wanted something that would fit in the garage and stood high enough for the Houston floods when we move back. So the Taco fit the bill.

Had the same addition a while back. Got it replaced for $300 bucks at AutoGlass Now. It was a Pinkleton glass like the original but without the Toyota name on it. Average price is around $600 bucks.

When did you get your JBA? I'm wondering if i should paint the ball joint cover to prevent it from rusting. Just purchased mine this past week and installed it over the weekend.

JBA has a warranty on the ball joint with a better coating I just haven’t reached out to marlin yet. People have said the new one is doing a better job from keeping rust away.

I hope so. It was a total PITA to remove the bolt on both sides. I hate to have to go through that mess again.

Just call or email Marlin and he will send you a new ball joint. Free exchange when you send in your rusty ball joints.
