Want engine go boom?

 

this is not true with our engines... the t belt drives the water pump.. if the t belt breaks engine no go.. so you cant overheat it like some cars if you snap a drive belt

Haha we got into my truck the first morning we were there, I popped the hood to check on things while letting the truck warm up and got hit with a face full of coolant mist. I calmly closed the hood, opened the passenger door and go 'babe...can you find me a shop nearby' and she goes 'not this again!' Lol...luckily it wasn't nearly as bad as when my wheel bearing went out on my way up to our wedding.

 

Anyone ever hear of someone switching their sliding side canopy windows for access ones? Can't seem to find anything on it. Would make the bed much easier to access for my work tools.

 

Sounds like alot of work. Maybe you should email leer and see if that’s doable

You could probably get em from the dealer but I imagine they are super expensive. Maybe I'll run by the local truck topper store

 

Should see what mine looked like when I first got my truck...or what the near lack of oil looked like I should say.

Think I might buy the harness on Ebay. I have trailer wiring already. So in theory, it should be easy. Or I have Tyler do it. He makes top notch harnesses..

Nope, they can retrofit them...but at that price I'd find a old work truck topper and have storage for every tool I would ever need.
