    enough to go over stuff
I'm sure they are planning on making the 131k back plus costs and then trying to help those that got screwed. If I were to buy the lot I would get a list of those that were wronged. I would set those products aside. Sell the rest and once I hit my costs I would then give those that were wronged the products I set aside, at little to no cost. @JLee and @jberry813 are amazing people so maybe they have a better plan but that would be mine.

You have to have enough profit on the deal to be able to "write-off" anything though. So first they have to come up with 130k+ in sales of this product to break even on this. Not counting the costs of getting all this product in their facility, figuring out how to ship it, etc... Interesting move by them. Curious to see how it plays out.

    Some really cool shit
I picked up parts from BAMF last week. Jerry informed me that if he won the bid all products ready to ship would be, and every effort would be made to find out who already paid, and was awaiting delivery. But it’s my opinion that there’s no way they would do this and take a loss. It appeared in photos that there was more than enough product left over to sell, and make a profit.

Honestly, these dudes are propping up the aftermarket community on their own backs for TW.

This is huge on so many fronts. Leading the industry to go out and help people like this.

I'm not really sure why people are discussing the financials. It's their business. They obviously have the best of intentions. They deserve the support of TW and others!

What ever good juju, karma, will you all get is well deserved.

So, maybe I need to read for the answer but I'm going to ask: will some items be available for sale on TW?

Legitimately haven’t even picked up the inventory yet. Everyone asking these questions are premature.

They’ve said several times that everything is developing and will be discussed later.

Spend about 3 minutes on a google search and the answers are obvious. This is not them...

I'm wishing you guys all the best. I definitely don't envy trying to reconcile who was made whole by financial institutions and who was not. It would seem hard to prove a negative, but you would certainly have to be have balls made of steel (ha, ha) to try a reverse scam.

I suspect that there are far fewer people that were not previously made whole than most folks estimate. And if the inventory was sold as abandoned, I'd guess everything there was: all the tools, racks, raw materials, etc.

Strong move by the J's.

Not saying this is the case, but I have dealt with plenty of businesses who do things just to show a loss.
I have seen it quite often in farming

Lots of speculation. Heck, they haven't had a chance to verify assets yet. I'm thinking Jerry Berry are going to update us all when the time is right-then we'll all know
