First of all thanks for sharing. You have some really nice cheap mods........I'm personally using your stuff as reference for the following 3 mods that I'm going to do within the next week.

    1. Center Console Lock,
    2. Rear Bed Lights,
    3. Under the Hood Lights.

I do have a few questions, were did you get your Battery Tray and "How did you hard wire your TomTom?"

Thanks, you have an awesome looking truck!!!!! :D

    5 Star work.

Th battery box was purchased from Ruff Stuff Specialties. They're a small outfit out of Northern CA. It's a very durable box and it's only $39. Compare that to other boxes made specifically for Optima Batteries on Ebay and you won't find a better price. http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/optima-battery-p-280.html

I hardwired the TomTom into the fuse box under the dash. Just look for a fuse space that turns on only when the key is turned to ACC.

    Thanks!

Good luck man! Take your time to make sure the measurements are correct!

what was your AAL? 2"? also, do you need new u-bolts to add a leaf?

They are 2" AAL and you don't need new u-bolts. The stock one's work fine.

alright, thanks man! and btw, i love your truck. i had 2 tabs on my browser open for the past couple of weeks. one was your truck and the other was mrgrimm's (in the first stages of his truck, looked similar to yours). i just studied them for a while to decide on what i wanted, haha. modest, yet good looking mods.

Yeah, don't rush that measuring process. I didn't measure anything and drilled the hole with great precision, thank GOD! The last thing anyone wants is a hole on the side of their center compartment. I would surely kick my own ass if I had slipped up. It was a stupid move but I learned my lesson, although i didn't fail :p
