I have the TTG2 and base on what's listed on their website, TTG2 is for "Entune Audio, Audio Plus, & Premium Audio". MY 2014+ from my understating of their chat.

Debadge, Pro Grille swap, blackout all the things. Gimmie a minute to do some more.
I'm looking to do this set-up as well but have definitely been stumped by the lack of description on the Amazon link. I have a 2019 Tacoma with the JBL stereo... does anyone know for sure which kit drops in behind the dash (no separate buttons) and is there a camera anyone here has used for the front position? Looking for some solid info from someone who has done this successfully. I'm learning how do do more but still a little gun shy, especially with a brand new vehicle. Thanks in advance!

PS Once I do install something, I'll be sure to update the thread with my results!

The one currently available on Amazon is for a Gen2 truck. FYI.

Not sure if you have what I want. This thread is 51 pages on my computer so search is tough sledding.

Anyway, I want to be able to connect 3 cameras into my Entune head unit. The existing rear cam, a front bumper cam and a dashcam utilizing the builtin Gopro mount. I know I can do this using the diode method but I like plug and play. My initial thought is to get a 4 position rotary switch with the default switch position (1) for the rear view camera the way it works now. I go into reverse and the rear view cam displays. The next switch position (2) would be for selecting the front bumper cam for parking. The next switch position (3) would be for selecting the dashcam. And the last switch position (4) would be for selecting the rear view camera while in motion.

I plan on figuring out how to have the dashcam always powered on and recording.

Does the OP or anyone have any ideas on my project? Nothing has been done so I'm open to anything within reason.

I’m still in the testing phases of placement for my front camera. This is the first mock up I came up with

Awesome work there! If you make one where is angled downward I'm sure there's a market for it here on the board!

I just ordered the TTG2 from car-solutions.com. Based upon their description on the web site it appears that is the model that I need. Paid the extra shipping to get it here in 3-5 days. I will report back once it arrives.

    https://car-solutions.com/en/rfcc-ttg2-car-camera-control-system-for-toyota-touch-2-entune.php

Edit: I do have the original set-up for a 2nd Gen that JJ sold originally that I have never installed that I will be putting up for sale assuming that the TTG2 will work as advertised.

Not from JJ. Anytimebackupcamera.com is an option people seem to be going with now.

For this kind of thing, I would use the plug-n-play kit with a digital switcher. Backup cam would work as normal, then put the front camera input into the switch. This method could give you 5 cameras.

Anybody looking for CH4x4 front and/or rear switches? I am looking to sell my unused switches for $20 shipped, which is half of what I paid.

Got an email from car solutions today- looks like they are getting a shipment of the adapters in this week and said that backorders would be shipping on Friday. Woo.
