OP, if this was my truck and Toyota gave me a run around, I'd take it to an independent mechanic to pinpoint the problem then have Toyota fix it and reimburse for the diagnostics. If that fails, fix it and take them to Small Claims Court. It'll be a slam dunk case.

I will when I get home. Meanwhile the harder I hit the brakes the worst it is in the mph range and the steering wheel isn’t the only thing that vibrates then. It’s the whole truck.

I have not noticed this issue, but will definitely pay attention for tomorrow's commute.
Note I'm still following a very slow break in process, but occasionally I would do 60mph.

    Good luck.

'17 OR with 5,200 miles. i get a small shimmy that i can feel in the seat of my pants between 38 and 42 MPH. Every single time just between those speed ranges. Just kinda got used to it and hardly notice it anymore. Also, just noticed my rear diff is weeping fluid around the housing, both sides of the diff are stained, a lot. Will have the dealer look at it when i take it in, i'm due for the 15,000 mile service.

I have no vibrations at all on my 2019 (I did on my 2017 so I know what you are feeling). My only issue is the shifting, particularly at high altitude.

What altitude and why would that impact an automatic transmission?

    Hey James, OP
So I confirm I don't have any vibration.
But I do feel a small very faint feeling at 20 to 25 mph. Or it's now in my head, lol.

Any ways, i saw this guy with the same issue and a fix.
Read all the comments, it may help you out.

    Parks, AZ - about 7100'.

Thinner air for the motor, more difficult to fully burn fuel, affects shifting with the already tumultuous transmission programming on this truck. There is a TSB but apparently it does not apply to 2019s as they already have the "latest and greatest" programming.
