    A thing or two...
Install a check valve, so it doesn't see boost.

I run a check valve for kicks in my brake booster. Just a double redundancy since it's 20 yrs old.

open deck really isnt that big of a deal. sleeve it and you most likely wont have any issues.

not really if your building a motor and have it torn down to make 500+.

nor is it a show stopper. not like you cant just boost closed deck designs. just look at hondas making 500hp on a stock open deck

Well if you have few grand burning your pocket and able to pull and ship your engine... Its kind of a big deal for 95% of TW members. Not everyone is @Torspd

Finally go some more gauges wired. What oil pressure do you guys have. (The lowest mine was 25)

Also my aem AFR and the mapcal AFR screen don't match even though it was set to aem o2.

You can see in this picture the gauge is 14.4 and the mapcal reads 15.5

I guess it wound up being a good thing that I ended up with the newer afr type truck as the control seems to absolute now that Ive got the FIC setup and Ive got the truck running better than ever now. Ive made all the small adjustments to smooth things out and have stft to +-3. I cannot make it ping even when being lazy and stomping WOT in 4th at low RPM.......thanks to both the accurate fuel delivery and the methanol. I would consider this to now be an optimized SC setup and there is not a whole lot left to get from it. I can see why alot of people have said its not worth it, because its really not.

Unless you add everything it needs to be worth it, headers back exhaust, larger injectors, larger fuel pump, fuel management, smaller pulley, and methanol or e85.

Without that stuff, dont even bother. The gain was a bummer at first. Its worth it now that Ive got it running like this but I may as well have gone turbo at this point. At least Im set up for it now and cant wait to do it. For now the power is great at 11psi from the TRD SC and it pulls hard to reline.

Try out a different table that matches your o2 sensor. If that doesn't work, go on their forum. Mine works perfect.

Good to hear you got it working well.
At least you don't have a 2/3rz. That supercharger is depressing. Think it is only a 40-50hp gain. Same price or even cheaper a turbo makes 100hp gain with very little effort.

Careful about running a check valve on the brake booster. I installed one on mine and the brakes were very inconsistent; very hard to push sometimes like the engine wasn't running and ok at other times. Test it before actually taking it on the road.

Gotta admit the gtx2860r is doing pretty well with no bolts attaching the turbo to the the flange I was still getting around 5 psi. This weekend I'm going to pull it all out and get some safety wire in there so I doesn't have it happen again.
