Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
There is a whole page of x431 varying from $27 to $220 dollars. I think x431 is a software from Launch but the interface tool is a different model variant on the page.

Hewitt, last I saw, needed volunteers to test a new Tacoma full delete module in the SC area.
The Tundra module was already being tested.
They have a Facebook page they update on occasion.

Or for the same amount of money get an HP Tuner, turn off the SAIS and still have the ability to tune the truck, all without plugging in some janky control module.

Hey, if they can't get the picture right in the flyer (3rd gen Tacoma)....?

I will email her as well.

Awesome! Thank you. I will order this as soon as I am done writing this post. Great idea. I’d hate to get stuck on the road in the middle of a road trip or far from home.

I can’t open that PDF. I’ll try on my laptop tomorrow.

THIS RIGHT HERE! I’m not “computer friendly” but I’ve wondered about the possibility of flashing our ECU or some type of tuner that can turn off the SAIS. @slcsez2000 gave me some good info regarding his Hewitt bypass kit. I want to wait for the full delete kit or the tuner you mentioned. Sorry but what is an HP tuner?

BTW, I PM’d @OVTune yesterday and asked if there is a computer reflash or a tuner that can shut off the SAIS but he hasn’t responded yet.

My 2015 DCSB TRD O/R 4WD doesn’t have any issues but I’d love to eliminate that pollution bs

HP Tuner is a tuner software and module that connects through the OBD port and reflashes the ECU with user modified program. There's about 10 checkboxes that are needed to be modified which turn off the SAIS. Works well for all of the years that the V6 had this system.

Nice. Thank you. I Googled “HP Tuner Tacoma” and found a huge thread on it.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/hp-tuners-for-2005-2015.600793/

I have a lot of reading to do. I will follow this thread as well to see which route is better for me. If the HP tune completely eliminates the SAIS then I may go that route.

My main goal is to eliminate its function and any chance of going into limp mode but if I can actually remove the components and/or tune the truck a bit then that’s a bonus.

I have a used hewitt tech module and exhaust block off plates. It was installed in my truck for 7 month's and worked flawlessly to keep me out of limp mode with my defective pump. I have since removed the whole system so I do not need the module any longer. PM me if you are interested in picking up a used model.

Is there a way to turn off this system without removing it and adding block off plates. DOnt care if it stays on the truck but would like to truly bypass the system and not worry about future failure.

I hate to Necro a thread but our Gen2 kits are what you are looking for.
    https://hewitt-tech.com/product/secondary-air-injection-system-bypass-kit-gen-2-plug-play/
The Gen2 units don't just stop the system from operating.. they emulate it by replacing the air injection control driver with our own unit.
No messing around in the ECM and nothing left of the system except the pressure sensors. They typically utilize the sensors in the valves but we have replacements that would allow you to remove the valves as well.
