Keyless entry

Any body put in a key less entry on a base sr? I can find the ones with remote start, but i don't want or need remote start. If so, what brand and where did you find it? I know,I should have just bought the next trim level up!

I paid 150 for keyless entry and alarm, the brand is viper. I went to a local shop near my work and the keyless entry and alarm works fine.

 

Think having this installed would mess with my warranty?

 

Why would it?. I asked my dealer if they did this install and they donot. It is a easy install if you are handy. I could not get it done account of physical issues. I found a shop that specialized in stereo installs with other mods.

 

I went in for my toyotacare and the dealer said nothing about my alarm so its ok for me, prob for u too.

I put in the kit Saturday morning, So far so good. It was very easy and i didn't even have to program the remotes! Best $120.00 Ive spent in a long time. It came from Daytona Toyota on Amazon.
