My tacoma isn't removable, but I can leave it in the ignition and lock the doors. I think even with the truck running. I'll have to check to make sure. I had an old ford f250 that you could remove while running and lock the doors. It was great living in an apartment dude the winter.

Finally got a tonneau so now I don’t need to have everything in the cab of my truck! Also ordered a new grill, fog kit and antenna. Will post once installed!

Have you tried the seat mod? That handle comes in handy at times. Nice job.

K-flo your video on the cab rack was a great tool for me when I set up my cab rack. I enjoyed your 'mounting a tool box on prinsu' video as well. I'll be using that in the future. I really like your video style. You really break it down, even telling which order the washers go on and stuff. Keep up the good work.

19D228B7-378B-4328-AFEF-31913879EA4D.jpg Just finished the paint job of my stereo dash unit. Bright white to match my Super White ‘13, of course =]

I also painted the center gear shift unit jet black, to keep in line with my storm trooper theme of b&w... I’ll post a pic of that tomorrow along with the installed dash :welder:

That cheap, silver plastic look just has to go....

Definitely next on my list of interior mods! I want to paint the silver loops around the odometer unit too, but that’s gonna take me a bit more time, and I’m not typically “patient” so I gotta work my way up to it lol

Antitheft hose clamp on tailgate, LED bed lighting kit. LED spot lights in lower front bumper. Weathertech floor mats. Painted various interior parts black, homemade 7 pin relocation bracket, Valet under door LEDS, CMC, SPC UCA, Bilstein 5100, OME 885, Headstrong AAL. Pop&Lock.
@lechicklet Go slow, take your time and be gentle when taking off the silver loops around the odometer unit. Drop your steering wheel all the way down too. The plastic is a thin on those parts. I painted mine black.

Might be easiest to pull the cluster and remove the rings in a more comfortable setting. Good luck with your theme, I'm just starting my burl mods. Did the shift knob first but would like to do the door control panels too plus maybe one lower console switch panel.

I need to find some more Burl that's big enough for each spot.

Thank you! I was in the market and saw a few nice Dash Kits at CARiD. They have a few varieties (2D, 3D) and I’m sure I saw Burl options in the product options too:
    https://www.carid.com/2014-toyota-tacoma-dash-kits/

Their kits are pretty extensive, which is great, but it was more than I needed so I ended up trying it out on my own. A bit easier with a solid color I’m sure =] Keep us posted on your progress!

Not a kit but cut from a downed tree about half a mile away and made into the panels like the shift knob. Both of those below the AC controls are cut/routed from ABS so if I can find the wood I'm pretty sure I can make them. Tedious, mind frying work is my thing. Kudos for taking the plunge, you'll be well satisfied.
