    With a lock. It's small and crappy but will stop a passer by type theft. Honestly, it doesn't seem too much of a concern here in Tucson.

    Asking for hand outs isn't always the best way..

    Either way. I did answer your question. Best thing to do is find an exhaust shop you trust that does good work. Do something custom. 2.5" will be fine. You'll loose low end power though until you boost it so I'm not sure it's really worth it.
