I failed at rebuilding my rack. When I was reinstalling the inner seal, the driver I was using went side ways and scoured the cylinder. Without the correct tools it is a pita. You'll need a sst to disassemble the valve also. There is a great right up on here by @Dirty Pool on doing it.

I would make that SST (maybe a few to sell). Having a clean workshop to work in is my current challenge.

Rebuilt the passenger side of the rear axle. So that makes everything new from the inner axle seals out, including brake shoes, drums, and wheel cylinders. I still have no functional parking brake. Adjusted the cable adjustment all the way down. A little improvement but still no parking brake. I have confirmed all the cables move. Anyone got ideas ?

Did you spin the star adjuster out to the point that the shoes are just starting to drag on the drum? The cable moves the shoes a very small amount, they need to be almost engaged before the cable is pulled to actually do anything.

Here you go. Had to trim a little on a couple of the plugs - added neoprene washer to keep them a bit more snug, without the washers they will slide.

If I re-do them, going to go this route. Just way more time investment. Looks cleaner though - flat vs rounded.

No, those are even harder to find than the supercharger. This is an aftermarket unit made by Speedhut. I believe they made it for TRD to begin with.

The original gauges for TRD were made by Autometer. They don't make custom gauges for anyone but large companies unfortunately so I had this SpeedHut one made to copy their design as close as I could, this is actually a nicer gauge haha, way more accurate and evenly lit.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, Autometer.

yeah I wouldn't search too hard for a TRD gauge, they aren't all that great...at least mine isn't (or maybe its just needs calibrated or something). The needle is always off by a mark or two counter-clockwise, when I shut off the truck it's supposed to return to zero but goes to the left of that.

Where are you getting the supercharger rebuilt? Doing it yourself or sending it out?

Oh yea definitely not going down that pursuit. Mine does the same thing. Ive read its most common and likely from mishandling/ dropping the gauge. Havent looked at getting it warrantied because Ive been told thats a annoying process

For awhile even the gauge was completely "shutting down" or turning off or whatever you call while I was driving, the needle would just stay in place at 0 even if I went WOT or was completely off the throttle. Was going to look into replacing it or getting it fixed but it stopped doing that and has been normal since, but eventually I'll probably get a new gauge and sell the TRD one on here.
