Removed my RevTec spacers today off my 2015 TRD PRO dcsb and replaced them with a top hat spacer, what a huge difference in ride quality. Also gained .75" of lift over the Revtek spacer, not sure why both spacers are 25mm.Still with only a 2" lift I too get the growling noise under 50.Guess will need to do the ECGS bushing.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on this setup. Running the overload with the suspension pack for 2” on rear also

You will need sway bar spacers...

Link to sway bar spacers? I have a little bit of a clunk once in a while, wondering if that could be it.

I’ll look into them. I ended up ordering the supreme 2” and the Deaver AAL. Went with the AAL for more cargo capacity since I’m usually hauling more weight then empty

Installed the front superior 2” spacers tonight. Everything went pretty smooth. Did have to cut about 1/4” off the stock bolts. No need for a sway bar relocate for me. Still plenty of room between it and the shocks. The AAL will be here tomorrow so I’ll install it tomorrow night then have an alignment scheduled for Monday

New to TW and reading a lot lately on this Revtek 427AP kit. For those who actually own a Pro with the Revtek 427AP set up, are you happy with it and would you recommend it? Looking for a real review rather than a philosophical debate with people who neither own a Pro and/or are running the Revtek 427AP.

Hahaha, yup... I've gone through this one plus a couple other Revtek ones but most seem to be reviewing the product immediately after getting the work done which I'm sure has a bit of bias because you're excited with the new look. I was curious to see if anyone had any insight months/years after their install and if anyone ended up removing it.

Grimey who started this has had some time and still happy with it. Basically comes down to a few deciding factors. Go with the revtek w/ AAL and gain somenlift along with a little stiffer ride but more load capacity or go with spacers for just lift. All sorts of info between top plate spacers and spacers like revtek. I personally went with with top plate spacers and an AAL cause I wanted a little lift and for my truck to not sag with a bag of dog food in the back. I’m 100% happy

Appreciate the feedback. What kind of spacers and AAL did you run? Did you have to change out UCA's?

I went with the deaver AAL an supreme suspension spacers. Both granted exactly 2” lift. Stock UCA. The stock UCA wouldn’t allow a perfect alignment. Think I was 1• or 1/2• off or whatever. Close enough for me. Unless I see some horrible tire wear then I’ll change them bu I don’t foresee that being an issue

@D.A.R. curious what kind of top hat spacer you went with? From my understanding you went with the Revtek 427ap kept the AAL that came with it but swapped out the spacers for top hat spacers?

Just realized that DAR has a 2015, don’t think his set up will work with the Fox shocks.

@oranjish How does the 427AP change your ride? I know this has been discussed a lot in other threads but I'm curious on your take. Did it make it a lot stiffer?
