Nice man i also upgraded my LCA with whiteline and had to get all new hardware as it was seized. How has the new bedrack been with the RTT? I like that design from BAMF. How do you like the 6112 and king springs? My 5100 and 886 are to stiff with my streamline sos bumper and winch might go back to 887 coils for a nicer ride.

I haven't had time to rebuild my OEM LCA's yet. How do you like the Whiteline bushings? I love the bedrack and RTT. They stay on fulltime. The only downside to that is less vertical space in the bed. The 6112's with 650# King coils are great. I removed the sway bar a while back and the stiffness of the coils work well for me.

Nice man the white lines are way better and feel better as well. That is one of the bedrock on my list if i switch from the shell.

In a little while I'll explain how and why I mounted the wedge tent to the shell. It is not ordinary.

Pretty easy. I got the unit from core-shifters.com . I bought the t-handle separate and love it.

Ok. It's been a couple years since I've posted any updates here. Thanks for the encouragement @Bigdaddy4760 ,however, the work has continued.

My truck doesn't look like this anymore
    20180109_171413.jpg

    It looks like this

AluCab Explorer Canopy Camper topped with AluCab Gen 3 Expedition RTT. I knew that my BajaRack would not work with the RTT. So I had two options: remove the rack and sell it, or chop the back half off to provide clearance for the RTT. I removed the rack for a week and did not like the look without it so I chopped. My skills with an angle grinder are fair at best. Luckily it worked out. I put caps in the cut tubes sealed with RTV. Plenty of room at the front of the rack for storage if needed.

But the rack was still too high to clear the RTT using the supplied mounting hardware

I cut some Unistrut channel and bolted them to the rail on top of the shell, and used (3) 3X2 aluminum extrusions for the load bars. This gave me the needed clearance.

    20200705_092146~2.jpg

I didn't like how the factory attachment brackets extended out and attached to the outside of the RTT,

    Like this20200705_110457.jpg

So I had the "bright idea" to cut the outer portion off. Got it all mounted up and it looked great, then attached the ladder and realized the outter edge of the RTT had a real good amount of flex
Now I need new brackets. I'd probably have to get them from South Africa and cost a fortune. So I had some brackets for alum extrusions and made them work.
    20200705_085332~2.jpg

But still needed to address the flexing problem. 10 series extrusions fit between the load bars and the bottom of the RTT perfectly and runs the length of the RTT and renewed the support that is needed (thank goodness).

    20200705_090327~2.jpg

    20200705_090352~2.jpg

Overall I think the attachment is stronger than factory. Definitely more nuts and bolts.

Now that that is done I can work on electrical to the shell and tent.
