    According to them
    They had to ship them prior to 5 pm.on the 5th.
    If they had no reasonable expectations to ship them, they should have indicated that so I could buy them elsewhere.


    Now I have NO options other than break the law or do without.....

    They get not another dime of my money.

    Not cool.
    I know some places were willing to ship after 5pm, as long as the order was paid for, but others had to ship out by 5.
    I would push the issue with them, since you had paid, and now you cannot.

    A long time ago my grandfather bought me my first deer rifle and it is a Sako AV 30.06. It really is an amazing rifle. The machining on the bolt/action is incredible. And the trigger is like no other.
    You really dont see them in stores.

    Fattened my grips up a little. The shield was a PITA to get on even with heating and lube.
