I like your assessment. I knew what I was buying before I purchased my Tacoma. It fits my needs and allows me to personalize it in almost unlimited ways. Perspective reminds that nothing is perfect, but there are certainly more positives than a few minor gripes I may have. I am on my third Tacoma. I purchased a 5th gen 4Runner before my 3rd Taco and only drove it for 3 months. I thought I could handle not having a Taco or truck bed, you live, you learn.

Ya that missing sunroof is actually my biggest disappointment. You couldn't get a dcsb 2017 OR with a sunroof in Canada! :angrygirl:

I actually like my Tacoma, it’s the First Toyota truck since my ‘92, We’ve had Highlanders and they’ve been great too and I don’t haul around a 16000# backhoe anymore so thought I’d try a smaller truck.
When I joined this forum I had doubts of what I got into with all the complaints and such but only have had a couple of problems so far and Toyota
Did a good job taking care of them so no complaints about that either. Besides the more I drive it the better I like it.
Nothing is perfect so I just figure I’ll deal with what I can because it doesn’t do any good whining about it.

The interior is pretty awesome, who actually complains about that? I am coming from a 2018 ZR2 and the interiors are not even close to being comparable.

Also, the Manual is awesome. It's why I bought the truck.

TRD oil and radiator caps greatly enhance horsepower and torque.

Are you like, a test pilot or something??

Anyways.....it’s fair warning.....that racing is dangerous shit, and calls for caution for sure! Especially when it’s only being developed. Incredible speeds are reached when these Tacos hit the track!
