@EatSleepTacos - Randy, when you replaced your idle pulleys, did you replace the tensioner too?

I ask because all the kits I am finding online include the 3 pulleys, tensioner assembly, and drive belt for around $250...

I already have the belt, and want to replace mine as economically as possible. They were howling on the way home today...

I replaced just the bearing in the tensioner with one of these.

    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/400111524118

I used a socket to hammer the old one out from the backside, and a bigger socket to hammer the new one in (can’t remember the size). So far it’s working great! My only tip there is the tensioner pulley is held on with a reverse threaded bolt. So you’ll have to turn it right to loosen it. Other than that, it’s just like replacing any of the other three pullies.

The tensioner is a pain to replace. What randy said is the way to go. I was researching this when I found out my mystery noise was rocks trapped between my skids and exhaust and not my pully bearings.

I'll go that route. Did you get your OEM parts through Gunny?
