Damn! Without all that weight in the rear she seems to be riding a little bit higher -noticeable in the cab. And seems much tauter - more firm. Maybe I'm just caring too much crap.

Go to their website, fill out their form, then follow-up with a phone call within 48 hours if you don't hear back from the owner. Tell him what you're trying to accomplish and he'll tell you what he recommends. You can probably get by with just your estimates on weights, but he may ask you to get your truck weighed for more precise numbers. I did not weigh my axles independently, just my truck.

How has the renter market been for you? Did keeping your property as a rental lower your approval amount on your new property?

Where in the boulder or Denver area can I go get my truck weighed and possibly get different numbers for the front and rear axles?

Yep, that would suck to grab hot steel! You'd only do it once, I bet.
When the fuel is no longer being added, it'll start cooling fast being all exposed metal. A bottle of water would speed that up w/o harm to it too.
Seriously though, the length of the horizontal tube is still to be determined. Hopefully it can be long enough that the paint on the truck would never feel any heat, which also means it's far enough away to allow safe passage past it (night pee run). A heat shield wouldn't have to be very elaborate to work, but I really didn't intend on this becoming a beast (weight, size, storage probs, etc.). In reality, a longer air-source tube may prevent operation all together. Now, a tube attached below it (as in over-under) will allow it to still breathe and can be inserted into the receiver. hmmmm, new thoughts...

Edit: The over-under would hinder the stove sitting on the ground. Side by side, maybe? But I'm trying to keep from too many alterations to a nice, well made design.

Been good so far, knock on wood. Correct, it does factor into your next mortgage but not sure the exact ratio (Since rent should be covering that rental mortgage).

Edit: I think mortgage companies are going to require you have 25% equity in a rental, so that can restrict how much you can pull out for down payment of new place.

I looked over there and Englewood while shopping last summer. Shocked to see the price of a house no bigger than a hotel room.

I may have missed it but are you looking to rent or buy? Either way I'd start researching what's available to get an idea of the cost you'll be getting into. The whole Denver surround areas fluctuate like crazy. Be mindful of your work schedule too, 6am 15 commute can take you an hour at 730am. I live way east so for work I can avoid traffic, but to the mountains and trails it's a bit of a drive getting there.
My plan is to eventually rent out my place and get land (everyone's dream I know). Fortunately with all the building going on near me now in just the 9 months I've been in my house the value is climbing pretty quick.

Best way to get ahead in life is multiple income streams and even a rental property only paying for itself (Mortgage) helps with that.

mower was struggling for the first cut of the year. Had to pull the carb apart and clean out some sludge.
It's about 23 years old, I think it was about 20 years ago that I replaced the air filter.

As you may have heard, "they don't make things like they used to". I would not expect 20 years out of the new one...
