    Should probably shoot over to the BS thread for this. I'd forget about boulder unless you want to rent a closet for $900.

    Apartments are plentiful in the $1500-$1600 range all around the greater Denver area, 600-800 sqft or so. If you're looking for a house you should probably expect around $1900-$2100, if you're cool with roommates that'd probably be a good option with likely more square footage.

    Cost of living might make the job a non-starter!!! Current house is a block away from a golf course and 2,700 SQFT that would max out at $350-370K. There I'm thinking well over a Mill for something similar... Being a single father I don't know if roommates are an option... I'd love the job, wonder if they would consider working remote...
