Everyone is different, lifting the rear of the seat would make things worse for me.

Then spend some cash lifting the front. When you realize the error there are a bunch of places here to get rear seat risers.

Its not an error brother, I slide forward in the seat now, if I jack the rear up it will make it worse.

My Fiat Spider has a thigh bolster adjustment at the front of the seat cushion. I had the bolster all the way up and my right leg was cramping up just like in the Tacoma. So I tried an experiment: I adjusted the thigh bolster all the way down. It helped at lot! Yesterday I drove 2 hours each way and my leg didn’t tire or cramp.

That gives me hope that leveling the rear of the cushion with the front might work on the Tacoma as well. I’ll try adding some washers to the rear of the seat first.

Not sure if this has been mentioned on here, but the rear view mirror placement has always bugged me in how low it was. I’m a tall guy and it was always obstructing my view. It only took me 3 years to figure out that there is a height adjustment and can be pushed up higher about an inch or so.

You literally just grab a hold of the mirror from both sided and lift up. If you look behind the mirror there is a bar, you can also just grab the middle of the bar and push up.

I forgot to raise mine this morning when I ran into town. It will make it easier putting the sunshade in the windshield this summer. :)

Dont wanna start a thread for this but I bought after market wheels and tires, and was going to leave my stocks in tact. Is there a way to get rid of the TPMS light when your not running the sensors in your wheels? Any tips or tricks?

i have the same issue but in reverse,
Got TPMS for my winters (new rims and treads back in November) at 4wheelparts and they cleared the code on the confuser (the computer) so now that i'm running the stock ones again for the summer, i have a constant light now.

I thought the TPMS would work the same as my old ford, where the car picks up the sensor after some driving around, but apparently you need to program this?

i'll bug Toyota about it when i take it in for the TSB and ask them for you if they know if there is a way to shut if off. my only guess is maybe that "SET" button under the dash fixes it

If you remove your TPMS sensors, there is no way to turn off the dashboard warning light.

If you have replaced your TPMS sensors, the new codes must be registered by the dealer.

The "SET" button allows you to initialize the TMPS system after a tire rotation or changing the tire size.
