    Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
    Wow. I had trouble getting into AT temp mode so I just drove around some to warm up the engine then removed the fill check plug while running. When nothing came out, I shut it down then add until fluid starts to drip down and repeat. I will drive around and check again tomorrow.

    Ahh. I did this too to get the temp to 130, and around a half quart max came out at exactly 130 degrees

    You need an intake as it is an absolute bottleneck.

    With doing all the stuff you listed as well as an intake you will be very happy with the results.

    Yeah, that URD 2.85 was worse to get off than the stock one. Completely mangled. Part of it was trying to secure the jaws of a 10-ton pulled behind it. Can post pics this evening.

    Pulled my 2.825 this past weekend. Mangled the red pulley when trying to pull it from the back lip. I found that pulling it from the front lip worked much better. Slightly thicker material to grab onto from the front.

    The aluminum pulley comes off much easier than the steel one.

    I would go with the Momentum. It is a much larger design and looks more refined than the previous version.

    @TheFang I didn’t realize the damage rate on URD pulleys. I will let you know after this weekend with pics how it fairs. I will add a little heat for expansion to help the removal process.

    I massacred mine and had to remove it with a dremel and very steady hand when I removed my URD pulley. I sliced the shaft a little bit by the time it was all said and done but it does not affect the blowers performance.

    DO NOT use heat expansion for that pulley! It will end up warping the bore of the pulley and will make it nearly seize on the shaft since the two are dissimilar metals. Just use a good old fashioned quality 3 jaw puller and it should come out. Bent albeit, but it should come out without issue.

    TRD S/C, UCON, 61# inj, 2.5 pulley, 7th inj, Roostfactor Y Pipe, URD exhaust, WAT Nomad Valve body, Dana 60, DK LT, JD FAB LCA mounts, custom roof rack...and way too many others.
    Doesn't help as much as you would hope, or experience with other setups. If you actually do get enough heat in the pulley to make a difference (torch) you'll probably compromise the seals in the nose cone. I've got a jacked up red pulley at home as well. That thing was son of bitch. I ended up buying a three jaw puller and that thing made short work of the pulley.     I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PULLER. It did an awesome job. Also it looks like the price went up about $20 from when I bought it. Interesting.

    OTC is one of the quality pullers out there, along with Mac, Matco, and Snap-On. I wouldn't use any other brand or it could explode in your face quite literally while attempting the removal. Lol.
