I just got a 2018 Tacoma TRD Off-Road, 5' composite bed with a factory tonneau cover - is there any cargo dividers that work with the tonneau cover - maybe that attach into the bedrails or something?

I made one. About $150 in materials, it's modular, and I see no reason it wouldn't work with tonneau. 6499688B-157C-406D-A33E-BC3FCE3F1A77.jpg

This one from Toyota. Mine is for sale but I'm in NM and it'll probably cost too much to ship anywhere.

OEM cargo divider will not work with OEM bed cover. I use the bed extender flipped backwards.

They told me it wouldn't slide because of the hinge points hanging too low.

Seems like a big oversight there. @EL_INGE2017 you're running the cover with divider right?

It will work but you're right. You can't slide it. The top knobs have to be in the covers high points

I would love it if it worked. It was even noted it wouldn't work on the options page.

Flip the brackets so they are upside down, and that should work.

My friend, give me an angle grinder like that guy and I can make anything fit lol. I was speaking of stock unmodified parts.

I understand, but he is running that with a BAK cover and that lowers the accessory rails down; that is why he had to grind it off some. With the accessory rails in the factory location and the brackets flipped; no need to grind anything off and tonneau cover should fit without issue.

I use a $25 cargo bar from Princess Auto (Harbor Freight for Canadians). I can put it in a few different spots, and it keeps shit from sliding forward out of reach. Fits nicely just behind the wheel wells.

Yup, i have 2... I keep them right on top of eachother when needed. Works great when I take either my 2 smaller icechest or my big 110 fishing. I ratchet them down against the tailgate and close my tonneau over it. Find a 20% off coupon online and save a couple more bucks.

A Toyota bed mat will stop all the sliding around and you won't need the cargo divider.

Yes it works but won’t slide. I sold it though as it was pretty useless for me while having a cover on.

FYI just bought the undercover Flex tri-fold hard tonneau cover. it uses two large rails that run the full length of the bed. these fit into the same rail that the bed divider would ride in. these completely cover up the factory rails and nothing can be installed, no tie downs, no dividers, nothing.

OEM Bed Divider works fine with OEM tonneau cover and it slides perfectly fine.
