New bed cover Must remove top rails for install

I ve been looking for a cover for a while and haven`t seen any that is low profile,minimal,durable untill I saw this one does anybody know what kind odf unit this is like?or do you know of a better one.WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS ONE
I had a roll and lock but I wasn`t happy enough to buy another it takes 12" from from your bed length and it is not flush to the bed the attachment to the bed gets loose and had re to retightened what else is out there?

I really like that one! I'm curious if anyone has any experience with it though.

 

I love my Extang Solid Fold. It fits perfectly to the factory bed rails with no extra brackets and required no modifications to install. It has very clean lines for a nice look.

It's very easy to take off if you need to for more cargo space, and you can drive with it folded too with the supplied clips that hold it open.

Toyota Canada sells it as their own hard tonneau cover too, so it has been "approved" as the official folding Tacoma accessory.

I really like that one, and was having buyer's remorse over the Bakflip that I just got, until I realized that us DCSB guys wouldn't be able to use this Peragon one (no room in front of wheel wells for cover to fold).

 

Didn't catch that part... guess I'm stuck with the vinyl roll up. I like the back flip, but I need the cover to roll out of the way completely.

 

Now here is the one for the guy that has to have only but the best topping on their Taco tell me what you guys think is this a real electric bed cover that locks and dry WoW

a heads up... I had the BAK rollbak G2 cover. Built very well, was impressed with the materials and craftsmanship...

Cons: took up 12 inches of front of bed when open. I have the bed extender, the side rails stuck out so far a 1/4" each side i could not flip my extender...

So I shipped it back to autoanything and the F1 BAK cover is on its way, from a lot of the guys on here it got the best reviews... I will let you know what I think as soon as its installed.


I did like the roll cover when closed, it looked great, but I just didnt want to lose so much in my bed and bed extender issue.

 

A few member have them. Complaints were the amount of space it took up and the fact it leaks as well as costing a fortune.

Check out the access vanish. It sits 1/2inch above the bedrails. I have one and it gives full access to the bed, sitting up on the bedrail (by the cab) rolled up. The price is very reasonable too. You can't use the factory cleats but you can get around that with D-rings.

yeah, a lot of these bed covers use the side rails in our trucks, makes the covers very strong, but lose the adjustable side tie downs.

At least we have the D rings in the bed which are stronger anyways.

 

The Peragon cover is compatible with the 2005-2010 Tacoma with the 5' bed. The part number is T2-QC. The wheel wells are not a problem.

 

Are you associated with the company? If so, do you lose the front rail and have to remove both side rails? Any pics of one installed on a newer Tacoma?

couldn't be happier!
Said i would have to remove the tie down cleats, but i didn't have too.
doesn't sit flush, but i could care less. it keeps the water and debris out. and flods up and stores in a couple minutes.
