    Have you guys looked at the fenderwell plastic? I’m not getting any rub at the front or rear, but he plastic fenderwell is running on stuff and turn at about 10 o’clock as you look at the driver side wheel.

    A little heat gun will take care of it for sure. Funny how so many folks get so riled up over this...

    I don't get any rub at all after removing my front mud flaps. Even when they are fully compressed

    Do you guys change the front bump stops to prevent the tire from stuffing into the top of the fender?

    It seems difficult to get the top fender liner flat... tried the heat gun but it still goes back to a ridge.

    Hey guys, i have a xrunner. Just got some rims n tires. I just rub a little, from lock to lock. So here are some of the pics, it only rubs on this square part. What is behind this(anyone have pics)? Because I'm not looking to cut and weld the bump stop bracket. I am looking for other options such as melting, or even trimming.

    You can get some of @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc superbumps, and then space them down to limit uptravel. They sell spacers for that very reason. Not sure on what the maximum amount of spacers you can use is.

    Is that square part plastic? Your best option is tp go at it with a heat gun and slowly push it inwards.

    No sorry. That picture has had a few things done;
    -Cab mount chop + plate welded on
    -Pinch weld hammered flat
    -plastic flare+metal fender cut back
    -masked off a line in the door jamb and sprayed with 3m undercoating

    The lower section of my bumper has been cut off for room of the aftermarket bumper. So I do not have that bolt.

    Damn that was quick, and though HC bumpers are in my long-term plans...I'm just trying to cut/trim what makes sense (along with getting the CMC and Pinch Weld work done in the immediate future).

    Thanks nonetheless! Looking forward to jumping at some of your interior lighting products (if I can time it right!):fingerscrossed:

    I went full send with fender trimming yesterday. Pulled them ALL off. I will cut back the body fenders about 2.5” once 35’s get mounted. I’m ok with the fender holes. Not gonna fill them.

    Not the prettiest job but I had the done the CMC, pinch welds, removed entire fender liner and trimmed some of the plastic fender. Caster is set to 3° and there is no more rubbing through the full turning radius and stuffed wheeling. 315s on 2.5" lift.

    Just trying to determine if the bottom silver trim with the screw in it needs to be trimmed, especially if I end up down the road with 285/75r17 (vs. current 285/70r17), as I'm also taking this approach to the CMC and pinch weld work I'm arranging. Figured I'd knock it all out at once.

    Thanks again!
