The biggest advantage of this mod, is that it "reliably and consistently engage/disengage clutch and fly wheel during shifts".
As for reliability, I made my own and will therefore let other member s answer that question.
Travel is handled by a different mechanism in the vehicle.

How reliable are these kits? No issues. I've done this mod to 3 of my MT tacomas.

Do they increase/decrease pedal travel and depress effort? It increases the feel and in turn reduces the slippage on the clutch allowed by the accumulator.

Does engagement point at pedal change compared to stock? You can feel the engagement much sooner.

Does this kit reliably and consistently engage/disengage clutch and fly wheel during shifts? Yes.

Excellent. I'm getting tired of the clutch engaging harshly on some shifts. It's like my foot is doing one thing and the clutch is doing something else. I will hit you up for a kit later on when I get my next paycheck or two. How many do you have in stock?

Just installed the new line. I like the new feel!!!! Only slight complaint it seems the engagement point is close to the top of the pedal travel. Hardest part of the install was removing one bolt on the exhaust bracket, I tried to do the job without removing the bracket but had to to get the line off the accumulator.

    Thanks for the great part!!!

    Nice!

Is that a Twin Otter? I can't tell if it is a long nose or classic. Sweet amphibs!

Good eye! It’s a -300 with a short nose, as it was on Cap floats years ago. Now sits in amphibs, which are also modified for waterbombing. We can scoop 4600 pounds of water, for about 2 hours of firefighting. It’s fun some days :)

That is sweet! At my last company, we did some work for Viking on a ferry fuel system. We got to ride in Olivia, the Turbo Beaver (I love saying that) and a -400. Sadly, no water landings.

If I could be Jimmy Buffet, I'd grab an amphib Twin Otter and be happy.

Have fun! I hope that fire season is quiet for you.

Only 3 kits left. Get one before they’re gone for good.

Any subsequent orders after this batch will see a price increase since I won’t be ordering materials in bulk.

Anyone in SoCal down to help me out with this if I purchase a kit? I may also be traveling this summer, so anyone in arizona, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, etc. might work too. Compensaton in the form of Beer and food (or monies, if you prefer).

Messing with this for the past 3 hours. Clutch is limp to the floor and up. Can not bleed air out of line. Went and bought brake fluid and a brake vaccuum from oreiley.. Sucking nothing but air from within system and surrounding the nipple that you loosen to vent system... beyond frustrated.

Typically, the clutch will go to the floor when you bleed. After tightening the nipple, you just have to pull it back up, pump it a couple times to rebuild pressure, and bleed again. Repeat as needed.

If you did get air in the system, it will take a lot (hundreds) of pumps to rebuild pressure while bleeding the air out. It is an absolute PITA if you got air in there.

Vacuum bleeders do not work with hydraulic clutches in my experience.

Do not use a vacuum system. Follow @tonered advice. It works.
