SOLDDD Smart tap relay with LED bulbs

For sale: diode dynamics smart tap relay, and quality LED turn signal bulbs. Took them out of my second gen, and doesn’t work with the third gen. Turns your hazard lights into strobe feature hazards for added safety, also gets rid of hyper flashing when using LED turn signal bulbs.

What year was your 2nd gen? I assume this would work for all ‘05-‘15 but don’t know if the ‘12-‘15s are different. Interested though! Shipping would be to Miami, 33145.

 

• This Smart Tap is for the CF-18 flasher configurations only
• the CF-18 flasher is used in 2nd Gens without DRL

Translation: This will work ONLY if you do NOT have daytime running lights (DRL).

Damn, I would be interested in just the relay. I have the simple one just to run the LEDs. But would like the smart tap. Is it easy to program?

I put one of these in a couple of months ago. I needed it due to using LED tail lights on the flatbed build. Works great.

You can also set the turn signals to flash a pre determined amount of times when you push down on the stalk and release.

I didn’t care about any of these features. I simply needed to fix hyper flash and didn’t want to use resistors. The extra features are kind of cool though.

 

I deleted the info that I posted about this working with DRLs. I realized that there’s an 8 and a 12 pin version. I’m not well versed enough on it to offer reliable information.
