@Tacomaroma Heck yeah, QS SX looks good.

The 265/75r16's really do make it look better and more balanced.

Hey @Snaeper ! Great looking truck you got there! Being my practical self (SR buyer after all) I will get some miles out of my stock 245s before seeing how tall a tire I can fit on the SX rims without other modifications. Going to splurge on some nice seat covers and definitely do the intermittent wiper switch upgrade. Liking the V6 , plenty of power and shifts fine as well.

Mines the 4 cylinder. ECT mode can get me to 30mph in a hurry but otherwise its simple and slow.

I got a fair price selling my take offs to a friend so I upgraded for cheap.

Seat covers are soon on the radar for me, too. I got Huskyliners Weatherbeaters and did the Subaru Tweeter swap. No need for the intermitten wipers since it rarely rains here.

Looks good! Do you have a link to where you bought them and how do you turn them on? Thx.

Anyone removed the vinyl between the front and rear windows? I didn't even notice it until after I bought mine. It really stands out (glare or fading?) on the red truck above. Just trying to picture how it'd look.

Just acquired an SR. The intention is to pass this one one to my 11 year old son in 5 years. Haven’t done anything to it, other than remove decals, add Hondo phone mount and radio knobs. Looking forward to some fun times.

Congratulations! The TSS package really dresses the Tacoma up nicely. When I tell folks that my SR is going to my 9 year old son, I get strange looks.

I get that too. But my theory is that I will pss this on to my son and then rinse and repeat with my daughter. Car prices nowadays are nuts, no need for multiple car payments. Lucky they al have Taco fever.

My take on that is they give you strange looks because you're planning for 7 or 8 years in the future when they probably own something from some "American brand" and they know it'll be nothing but rust in a landfill in 7 years.
(My Tacoma is mine and my family's 11th Toyota since 1970 and we still drive two Rav4s that are 15 and 18 years old)

Ive got 35k on my '17 SR and I need new rotors. Any suggestions for rotors that are better than OEM? I just it at the dealership and they said the pads still have 80%.
