Tundra brake upgrade- banjo bolt?

    Mine must have been swapped out at some point. Have hardlines to the calipers.

    It’s impossible for the hard lines to be original to the vehicle. No 1st Gen Tacoma came from the factory with hard lines at the caliper.

    OME, SPC UCA, ARB w/warn 10K winch, TG Rock Defense Rear, Marlin Clutch, Custom hi clearance under bed spare mount. 285/75/16. A ton of repairs done and a list up to come modifications.
    What size drill bit did you use?
    How deep did you go?

    See the link on post #21. Select a drill bit that is slightly larger than the tapered seat in the caliper.
    I remember drilling into the bolt about 2-3 threads, then filing down flat about 1 thread. Very important: clean out any metal shavings before installation!!

    I tried the 3/8 bit that was mentioned in that post. Now it sprays brake fluid every where!
