I will. I'm pricing it all together. Partsgeek seems to be good prices on Centric brand stuff.

I like the fact if something happens, I can still get stuff from a parts store. Nothing is special order.

From my understanding, it's perfect if you need brakes anyway. I'm due in the next 10K probably. Might as well do it before the trip.

    Return that shit :D
I've got about 30K on my pads now. I figure I'm not too far from being due for pads. I don't know if it's the original rotors or not.

I know you can't keep things from happening, but I'm trying to have all maintenance stuff taken care of before I head to Utah.

The only reason I'm doing the T4R is b/c I'm going to 17" wheels, so why not? :D

True. I bought brake pads a few years ago when I was in California cause the brakes were squealing. Turns out it was just the ocean air?
Now it's been ~50k miles since I bought the truck and who knows when the brakes were done before that.

I'm wondering if it's worth it to buy new TPMS sensors. I would imagine mine are the originals and towards the end of their life. Plus I don't want to pay to have the tires unmounted  That's the cost of 1 sensor.

This is the first vehicle with them for me.

I had to get a new one when I got tires last time. I don't worry about it unless they're causing issues.

I just hate to pay to have tires put on and then have them go bad and have to redo the mounting. I assume theyre almost 7yrs old at this point.

Yeah, that would be shitty. Might as well do them when the tires are already off

That's the plan. Plus I'm gonna try to pick the wheels up this Friday, and then wait for Prime day on the 15th/16th and get the sensors then :D

    Can't they rebuild the sensors?

To my understanding, they are a sealed unit and it's easier to just replace.

You can keep those metal bodied tools. Get a cut in the cord and hello electrocution.

I've been shocked by those enough in just humid weather to teach me that I want nothing to do with them.
