    Have you isolated which side if the engine bay it's coming from?

    I went through all my bearings and found it was the tensioner pulley.

    You guys not have a stethoscope..... Manditory for finding these kind of noises... Dirt cheap at auto stores.

    A wooden stick will do a good job too..... 1end on ear other on pully...

    Likely tensioner pully.

    Could eliminate the possibility of steering pump issues by turning the wheel full lock and seeing if any noises worsen

    Yup, or screwdriver to ear works as well...even siphon tube, like tuning the old SU carbs for synch.
