    50mm pulley is smaller than the OE size which is 54.58mm.

    For any pulleys smaller than 2.6 I actually recommend running @BillDaCat8 pulley "noose wrap" mod.

    Problem is, you need access to the lathe and you create one more rotatational load in the idler system so it's one more idler which can go bad, or make noise.

    I pulled mine off in attempts to isolate the noise I had when I had squeaks from the supercharger system and have not out it back on since because I want to make sure that I minimize the amount of idlers I had in the system.

    My 2.3 is too small to benefit I feel like. I might be wrong though.

    Dude. Buy and mod the idler like I showed you. Use the Gates RPM belt intended for our trucks.

    I'm all for my pulley contact and wrap, but too much is actually bad for you. Lol. So the upper pulley is okay, but remove the lower one or remove the upper and run the lower. It just depends on your pulley size and how much wrap one provides over the other.

    Yes there is. Get OV Tune's OBD2 ECUtek cable, get a 2-day sub to Toyota Techstream, and you can reflash yourself. Annoying, but I did it.
