I had it installed and worked well into the logo. Vid is good for the price. The bad is if you plan to change our your grill like I did I couldn't find a good place to reuse the Front Cam. I had to get another Cam, just something to think about.

Pm’d the OP twice already but never got a response until this day. Was trying to order a kit for the front cam. The link on the 1st page where to order doesn’t work anymore. And the prices are different from here and on the website.

Skim the last ten pages or so to gather some links to other options. The OP is no longer active and no longer selling the product.

    Edit: One option.

    Second option.

Anytime Front and Rear Camera Mod

    Third option.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/car-solutions-reverse-anytime-front-camera-install.604733/

And there are more out there if you dig a bit.

    This is currently (7/31/2019) available.
Plug in play. No extra switches needed. Uses buttons on your steering wheel.

Yes, but you'd have to reread several pages back in this thread to find it/them. Seems like a nifty option but having had a few glitches with those buttons on occasion it's not a basket I'm interested in adding more eggs to. Definitely an effective way to conserve switch locations though.

    I have 2016 third gen.

This is by far the best option. Buy a camera and the install is very simple. Plus it has several other features the other two products do not.

I got this setup for off roading, but I use it all the time when I park, or pull out from a tight spot like the bank or fast food drive thru.

    Best $120.00 Tacoma accessory yet.

Install was easy watching the videos, camera was simple install as well.

Has worked perfect for three months so far. Use it every day.

Keep in mind it depends on which grille you have. He doesn't have the TSS radar in the grille like you do on your 2018. Some have reported that mounting it near or in front of it causes interference. You will probably want one like this if you have the Sport/OR or Pro grille so that you get the mounting bracket
