I did each of the TSB updates prior to the OV Tune. After that, you can't really do much to it.

And it was, no argument with that. But I have to admit, it's nice to have central air, a reliable vehicle, a cell phone that I can enjoy visiting and sharing mods with my TW buddies on, and having 3 awesome grown kids and a beautiful wife to share my life with! None of which seemed possible way back then. Amazing the rewards and fulfillment that can be had in this country with determination and a good work ethic!

My post m/t shift boot shows my first boot. The boot in the pic is a thinner leather and was copied from the oem boot pattern. The dash panel my post, door and dash panel, is how that comes off. Mineral spirits a brush and patience.

Every one that’s talking about bicycles, I’m surprised no one‘s mentioned the mongoose bicycle. They were the Toyota Tacoma of bicycles. The BMX. I had my first one about 1978.

Nice setup.....Is the light standard? I have a Rebel on order and don't recall seeing that light on the floor model.

Here is one of my modifications. I have never liked the texture of the inside of a tailgate on any truck. when I use it as a camp table my coffee easily spills, and if I climb up into the truck on my knees it’s painful. Plus, I use it as a workbench when I’m in the field.
So I added a piece of aluminum 1/8” thick, specially cut by the metal shop that I bought it from to the size of the old piece I was replacing, and then used a jigsaw with a metal blade to cut it to shape and tracing out and drilling the mounting holes using the old tailgate.
    I’m pretty happy with it.

I could do that. But if you look at my old tailgate, I scratched it up pretty bad. which I will do with the new one, so I probably won’t paint it I’m all about function anyway ....

I think it might come with a basic dome light. I asked for the LED light bar and they mounted a switch in the driver side near the topper window. I think there's some USB ports on it too.
