Company truck. Wouldn’t be my truck and I would still need to be under their insurance to work for them under their name. And it’s not just any insurance. It’s like a 2 million dollar policy.

 

Now, I don’t even drive the speed limit. So I guess their lesson worked but god damn it does suck when your past can haunt you this long whenever you’re trying to get your life together.

man. I am sorry for ya. We all make mistakes. How much time do you need for those offenses to time off your driving record? Just keep your head up and keep pushing forward. you def seem determined and ambitious so dont let these hurdles slow you down.

I have a single speeding ticket and 1 at fault accident (i rear ended someone and not in a good way) on my record but both events occurred around 9ish years ago.

 

I got only two pics, the rest are in my mind haha. but I highly recommend you guys go visit iceland and see these beautiful rides and the beautiful scenery!

 

It happened in 2017 and your record goes back 5 years in Texas so I still got a few more years unfortunately.

I look at people who pass me speeding now and just hope they realize they’re lucky they don’t get caught like I did lol

 

Yeah, I typically keep up with traffic, not the fastest but not the slowest either. That has worked out well for me. and I NEVER, NEVER, EVER, NEVER speed in small towns. where the speed limit drops from like 70 to 35 in a matter of 1mile. they want to write you a ticket. my wife hates it that I sit right on the speed limit in those towns even if its a little slower than the traffic around me but I am not willing to chance getting a ticket in a small town.

 

Smart move. I learned for sure. Hell, I don’t even do 75 in a 75 anymore. I just drove 800 miles in one day and I think I did 10 under the limit the whole time lmao

Shit ton of cops/constables/sherrifs and whoever else on the surface roads by the house....but hop on the 99 and you're free to go. I keep having to tell myself 99 is the road NOT the speed limit....

 

Same thing happened to me in the early 2000s costing me a career as an automotive service tech.

It sure does. It led to me eventually on my burgers couch, unemployed, so I joined the Army. That turned into one of my best years. I loved working on vehicles, though. I do miss it.

I never went. My buddies went and they said they charge for everything. And they charge twice what normal events charge. So 50 bucks just to get into the gate. Just to watch some youtube rich fucker
