    Hello Tacoma World!

I'm looking to see if anyone has a comparable truck with dyno numbers, or enough knowledge to give me a solid estimate based on the modifications I have on my 2015 4.0L V6. Any advice on future modifications or tips on current ones are encouraged.

    Here's my the money pit...

    Resized_20190629_200309.jpg

    Modifications:
    - Magnuson Supercharger
    - 2.55" Pulley
    - UCON Advanced EMS (With Cam Gears)
    - URD Cold Air Intake
    - 7th Injector Assembly
    - 80lb Injectors
    - AEM 320 Lph fuel Pump
    - JBA Long Tube Headers
    - URD Y-Pipe
    - Magnaflow Single Tip Exhaust

I've been told elevation makes a difference in boost levels, so as a side note I am located in Southwest Florida at sea level.

Thanks for checking out my build!:D

This guy's, @ThomasMore66 should be pretty close.

"I’m still playing with the dynojet software so I can get the rpm displayed correctly for the x axis because we weren’t 1-1. Anyway, here’s the graph from a few weeks ago. Torque is pretty flat to me."

He'll have to list all of his mods. Might be in his sig.

I also have an F/I Dyno thread in my signature. Scroll through it.

Scroll through that first page of the S/C thread.

Upgrade your tensioner and install a shorter belt if you haven't. You'll have less belt slip and might even pick up. Some boost.

You should be able to find a local speed shop with a dynamometer willing to test it for you.

Still have the stock tensioner, but I had to switch to a smaller belt since the old one was shredded after installing the new pulley.

As far as a tune is concerned the UCON EMS system was custom tuned by the tech at URD. Before that I was on the orangevirus tune making 11-12psi on the smaller pulley. Now its boosting around 8psi on the new tune because according to Gadget "flow increases power not boost"

The sterotypes are definitely true. And the engine pic is the most recent one I have, haven't snapped a picture of the engine bay since the 7th injector and 2.55" pulley was installed. I've since cleaned it up a bit

Yeah, boost is cool but not directly correlated to power. Volumetric efficiency of the engine is the key. Take off your headers and put back on stock manifolds if you want more boost, as an example. Less power and less efficiency, but bigger boost numbers.

Tuning is an active and live process. Tuning from a store can only get so close. As you mentioned, many things affect efficiency. Temp, octane, injectors, altitude...blah, blah, blah. I know gadget and Mat both probably set you up pretty close but you can get more. Follow torspd advice and check out the first couple pages of the thread to get safe baseline supporting equipment setup. Then get in line for a tuned y-pipe with @Roostfactor setup. Meth is not a path for me but our trucks have different goals that will def get you more power.

Be wary of that stock tensioner, with that smaller pulley. The cast will crack.
