yeah I doubt they would actually shoot them, but who knows. Like what road says it probably would cause a shit storm if they did shoot at that many people. Maybe just take one or two out and hope that scares the rest back to their hippy vans

Or they could throw tear gas canisters filled with some kind of dysphoric drug like belladonna nightshade or salvia...give all the conspiracy nuts an awful hallucinogenic trip where they see the aliens but get scared shitless and run away

But the army green doesnt appear to be a metallic or anything. Just another satin esque paint like the quicksand or cement.

Id love if theyd bring back the navy blue pearl from the pickups, radiant red, a metallic maroon color, and a metallic brown/chocolate. And just for kicks, Id like to see what Tonka yellow would look like too.

I see one of those new blue 3rd gens in my neighborhood and it's actually grown on me a lot, not that bright ass vibrant blue but the more subdued one...forget what it's called. Cobalt I think. Looks good in person and I'm not usually a fan of blue on Tacomas unless it's dark

2nd gens had a dark blue like that, I like it. Problem is...blue and Toyotas have never really done well over time. Seems that blue is always the color that starts to fade the worst in the shortest time period. Red too, which I was worried about but even having parked my truck outside for 3 years in SoCal sun I have yet to see any paint fade on it. I wash/wax it regularly though

Nautical blue is pretty close to the blue pearl thats on the 92. Real good looking color. Not a fan of any of the current blues they offer on the tacos. Cavalry looks ok, but wont age well me thinks.

Ah yeah that's the one, calvary blue....cobalt is the one that's way too vibrant for my taste

I just figured it was one of those colors that doesn't mix well with direct sunlight over time, I don't really know shit about paint so I can't say for sure. But it's weird that it's prevalent in pretty much every gen thus far, we'll see how the blue 3rd gens hold up I guess

I really like the pastel looking colors that Subaru has been doing lately. Even makes orange look good which is a color I normally hate seeing on most cars lol

Same. My wife would never go for it though lol. But the pastel green is my favorite and the one I'd pick...if I could afford to buy a new Subaru that is haha

    audiophiles -

I'm going to order a single DIN for the taco so I can take advantage of the Paranoid Fab switch panel which showed up today. This one has been sitting in my cart,
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_130X8800BS/Pioneer-DEH-X8800BHS.html but,

    there is also the Sony
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_158XB120BT/Sony-MEX-XB120BT.html

    and the Alpine
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_500CDE175B/Alpine-CDE-175BT.html

Not sure which to go with. Pioneer, Sony, Alpine? Stock speakers enough or will they sound like crap with the aftermarket radio? If so, suggestions on speakers?

    thx

I think I did mention it too, at least I better have, lol. One of most common symptoms of a failing electrical motor is run short time then stop and cool off and then run again etc.
Either way the important part is the central air is up and running. It's great to hear you're not suffering this heat without AC anymore:D

Is that a FrontRunner bed rack? Did I know that before? Freaking sweet and nice and light high quality! Was this what you were referencing a couple weeks ago when you mentioned you had something coming on the slow boat?

That was the original color of the 60 I owned. It was repainted a lighter beige though. But I like that crap brown too. Actually looks really good on the 60 series. Must be the era/vintage or something

Id call your local dealer and pay a bit extra (maybe $4 tops) and have it in a few days if they dont already have one on the shelf.

If its shipping through McGeorge Toyota in VA, they take forever to process orders.
