I have a Northstar pop-up truck camper. The shark fin was right at the same height as the camper and XM/Navigation doesn't do so well under the camper. I also have a low hanging driveway gate with a few inches to spare (similar to a garage door height). This will allow me to lift the truck 2" and still clear the gate.

 

I mean if 2 + are better I'm game to take one back. I'm close to 4wp where I got them. Thanks.

Actually the way I planned is better, I'll instantly get more ground clearance without any lift. The 255's are less than 1/2" narrower than the oem 265's.

I want to get the bumpers and maybe a winch before doing any lift because the weight of all that crap will be a main factor in which spring rates I'd need.

Deleted the shark fin. Replaced it with the old "stubby" design so my pop up camper would clear..

oh i’m an idiot alright. but the highest caliber. a real fined tuned machine.

the body hates me. broken every major limb most more than once. 5 different grade 3 separations, but just off knee surgery so hopefully these tired bones got a few more years of throwing myself off shit in them.
